Las autorizaciones iniciales tendr\u00e1n una validez de un a\u00f1o, y las renovaciones de las mismas ser\u00e1n por 4 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>2. El <b>visado para b\u00fasqueda de empleo<\/b>: se ha extendido de tres meses a un a\u00f1o a un a\u00f1o el visado para la b\u00fasqueda de empleo, creado para migrantes con formaci\u00f3n en sectores donde hay una alta demanda de empleo sin cubrir por los propios ciudadanos espa\u00f1oles. Mayor flexibilidad para las personas que est\u00e9n estudiando o investigando y deseen trabajar durante su estancia por estudios, facilitando la modificaci\u00f3n de la autorizaci\u00f3n de estancia por estudios a la autorizaci\u00f3n de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>3. Estos son los <b>5 tipos de arraigo: <\/b>se reduce el tiempo de 3 a\u00f1os a 2 para poder solicitar dicha autorizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arraigo Social<\/li>\n<li>Sociolaboral<\/li>\n<li>Familiar<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Segunda oportunidad<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.<b>Incompatibilidad de la protecci\u00f3n internacional con el arraigo<\/b>: El tiempo transcurrido como solicitante de protecci\u00f3n internacional no cuenta para c\u00f3mputo de arraigo, adem\u00e1s no se puede presentar dicha solicitud mientras se es solicitante de protecci\u00f3n internacional.\u00a0 Todos los permisos de arraigo tendr\u00e1n una duraci\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o, salvo el arraigo familiar cuya duraci\u00f3n es de 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>5. <b>Reagrupaci\u00f3n familiar:<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>se extiende la edad de los hijos reagrupables de 21 a 26 a\u00f1os \/ nueva autorizaci\u00f3n de residencia para familiares de ciudadanosespa\u00f1oles<\/li>\n<li>incluir a parejas no registradas que acrediten una relaci\u00f3n an\u00e1loga \/ se ampl\u00eda el concepto de familiar reagrupado a los hijos yprogenitores de v\u00edctimas de trata, violencia sexual o de g\u00e9nero.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. <b>Estancia por estudios: <\/b>las personas que vengan a Espa\u00f1a para cursar sus estudios obtendr\u00e1n una autorizaci\u00f3n de estancia inicial que durar\u00e1 el mismo tiempo que su formaci\u00f3n, una vez finalizada se les facilitar\u00e1 una v\u00eda r\u00e1pida para poder enlazarla con una de trabajo cuando acaben los estudios.
